Checked into a Beautiful Room. The bed was spacious. The air conditioning worked well. I also appreciated having tea and coffee facilities. I faced issues with cleanliness. The bathroom had a noticeable odor, and there were insects present. The towels were in poor condition. One old towel was provided for two people. Breakfast was off-site, inconvenient, and the selection was too limited for the cost. Despite the room's size being decent, the overall cleanliness fell short of expectations.

The location was good and unbeatable, at a walking distance from Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood. And it was also right by restaurants, shopping centers and metro station as well as metro and restaurants.

Gorgeous, fairly clean hotel with attentive and decent personnel at reception desk. Best possible location in Dubai right by Close to market and the center of dubai and restaurants. Also, near shopping Mall. Early check-in, late check-out, silent room with Value of Money and shower gel, as example.

thank you guys for a really good stay of vacation. make sure you stay in the deluxe room with tv and the bathroom plus king size bed. the location is exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, not too far away from al bastakiya.

It was easy to get Wheelchair Accessible room with double beds instead of king size bed and the bathroom, for example and that's great. I came here for 2 nights and had a good stay.

Close to the subway, subway is everywhere.
The air-conditioning could not be adjusted, the temperature in the room was 19 degrees, I was cold :)

wifi was bad. bedroom floor was not vacuumed and bathroom was dirty, with the mirror full of toothpaste and dirt.
